Product Quality Pledge
JVH monitoring control of products is according to ISO9001 system standard. The technical warranty stipulates the product performance, the design, the manufacture and the material quality are in accordance. We provides warranty for one year or 1000hrs running time whichever comes first when the genset leaves the factory, and conformity with the
instructions and conditions stated in the user manual for the installation, equipment calibration,operation and maintenance,and we will take charge of the generating set because the insufficiency of main performance index caused by manufacture quality, the failed part damage. and also we supply lifelong service.
The warranty doesn't cover the normal wear and tear of parts of the generating set. We won't be responsible for cases of negligence and poor maintenance, overload, improper operation, diesel, oil, cooling water not conform to the stipulated standard, poor foundation structure, improper installation, damages caused by chemical or electrochemical corrosion or electrical influence, and any other cases caused by non-manufacture factors.
